When I realised that it was Rachel, it was an easy decision to make after my interactions with her as a purchaser. Both as a buying and seller, Rachel could not have made it any easier. I found her to be very efficient and there was always open communication. Rachel responded to any of my requests immediately and I never felt that I had to chase my agent for anything.
