I found that working with Tim Lyon as a buyer was a pleasure both in communications and his professional attitude, as a high note I would gladly use his services again. As a personal note Tim provided me with the confidence in this transaction.

The purchase of our house was a bit tricky due to reasons out of everyone's control, but to Brenton's credit he kept on the ball & filled us in with everything we needed for the entirety of the journey! Above & beyond the whole way!!

Brenton was extremely organised and professional throughout our sales process. He achieved a higher sale price than we were expecting! Thanks Brenton for your support in selling our property.

We both bought and sold through Brenton and can't recommend him highly enough. Incredible negotiator, keeps you well-informed and stands his ground for his client. He knows his stuff inside and out and we couldn't have been happier with the way we were treated both as a seller and a buyer. For us, there really is no other option outside of Brenton. If you're thinking about selling, this is your guy! He even helped us work out the most important renovations to carry out for maximum value and made sure we didn't waste time or money on updates that wouldn't increase the value. We wouldn't use anyone else now we have him on the team. And coordinating with Luxe Property Styling was seamless and we felt special every step of the way. Couldn't be happier with our service!

I was blown away by how he managed to effectively secure the deal - far quicker than I had ever expected. His communication was exceptional every step of the way. Thank you so much and more power to such an amazing agent!

Such a pleasurable experience to deal with Tim. Nothing was a hassle and all questions were answered in a timely matter. It's always stressful buying your new home and making the move. Tim made this so much easier. If you are looking to buy or sell you won't go wrong dealing with Tim.

On first contact with Twomey Schriber, I requested an agent that could handle what seemed a difficult sale with a rigid deadline. Ally Cousens rose to the challenge. Ally is extremely easy to deal with, clearly explaining the sale and advertising process. I was kept informed on the sale progress with regular updates. I can recommend Ally without reservation to anyone in the Cairns and the surrounding area that may be considering selling their property. Ally will be the first agent I call with any future sales.
