Throughout my search for my first home I interacted with a lot of agents. All varied in their professionalism and communication. Tim showed immediate earnest rapport, calling to organise an inspection time which no other agent did. He was prompt and professional in communication with quick transition from discussing an offer, writing the contract while also being clear and transparent throughout. I found Tim incredible, making myself entirely comfortable by ensuring I understood everything. To put a cherry on top. Although, he wasn't present to hand off the keys, a present was given. I look behind the reception to see bottles of champagne with envelopes underneath. Tim went above and beyond as he exemplified throughout.
