I selected Zoe after an extensive research process. I needed a trusted expert (we had not sold in QLD and were selling from out of state); a good communicator who would get back to me quickly and answer my questions honestly; and a proactive professional who would work hard for us and walk us step by step through the sales process. Zoe did not let me down. Our property was sold within 9 business days. 100% I would use Zoe again.

Brenton always answered questions promptly and truthfully. Though he was selling our house, he researched houses we were looking to buy and gave us good feedback.

From the moment I met with Tim in his office to provide an official offer I knew I was in good hands. Through his attention to detail and genuine care for all parties concerned Tim obliterated any anxieties or insecurities I had from past experiences with real estate agents. As a first home buyer I needed a little extra support and Tim generously gave that and THEN SOME. Thank you Tim for your 5 star quality services. Highly recommend!

I was new to Cairns, new to Oz , having Shira as the vendors agent was a blessing . She patiently answered all my questions, communicated seamlessly all the way through.

What he says he will do - he does - or his team does. That is a very well co-ordinated and well trained team. They are all committed and knowlegable.

Sale price still amazes us. Way more than expected. Quick sale. Just follow Tim’s lead and no need to worry as he certainly knows how to achieve great results.

Extremely highly recommended for purchase and sale. Would not use anybody else in future, but Tim. Why? Transparent, true to his word, high level communicator, responds quickly - important as live out of Cairns, honest, very approachable, reliable, massively helpful and low stress to deal with. Tim achieved an inflated sale price for us backed by this perfect purchase in our exact desirable location. We cannot thank you and recommend you enough. Upon reflection we are so glad we met you. NOTE we have had other real estate dealings in Cairns but not to this outstanding level of professionalism and knowledge.

When researching my choice of an agent, Tims reputation spoke for itself, and his professionalism was head, shoulders and chest above the rest and was noticeable from our very first conversation. Tim was consistent throughout the process and personal in his approach. Since I was selling from interstate we face timed for our initial consult and he was accomodating working within my availability and with the time difference. Tim found the balance of providing me with all the necessary information that I needed and it never felt like he wasted a minute of my time telling me what I didn't need to know. The initial consultant gave me confidence that he would keep me updated throughout the process. Tim recognised that I would call a spade a spade and his honest upfront approach gave me huge confidence I was in safe hands and I trusted he would be upfront and honest with me. The communication was clear at all times and the speed with which he moved was amazing. The unit was listed on the Thursday, the viewing happened on the Saturday, I had a choice of 3 offers on the Monday and the contract was signed on the Tuesday. Tim not only achieved the price we had agreed on but he also negotiated terms better than I expected in response to the building and pest conditions. If you want a streamlined process that provides you with confidence that you will achieve the best price offer, Tim is your man.
