Zoe well and truely went above and beyond for my wife wife and I in the sale of our run down little unit in Westcourt, Cairns. This unit needed nearly a full renovation, which I was going to do on my return from Europe. Zoe offered to project manage the whole affair using her trade network, and made it clear from the outset there was no additional cost for doing so, "all part of the service". For us to decide, Zoe made her own video taped appraisal and shared her thoughts with us, then obtained quotations of the work, so no downstream surprises should we proceed. Zoe's assessed for less and alternate work to be done than we would likely have decided upon, but we went with it. The outcome speaks for itself, Zoe achieved a record sale for the complex and whole matter was concluded with minimal fuss. One trade quotation came in larger than expected and Zoe even took it upon herself to challenge this and have it rectified whilst we were overseas.
