We chose an agent to work with our photographer and who understood the value and quality of our home. Karl guided us through the market with advertising and regularly updated us with interest to our property. Together with his colleague Andrea the ideal buyer was found to purchase our property. Thank you for looking after us and ensuring things ran smoothly and professionally.

Where do I start... Rachel has been incredibly honest, open, professional, experienced, knowledgeable and supportive and was always available. Her patience was never-ending too! Everything was laid out and explained clearly to help me understand the whole process. By listening to her advice, my sale was seamless for all concerned and I feel I have made a friend as well as a business associate. I cannot thank Rachel enough for her empathy and support during what is truly a stressful experience. She has big shoulders. 🥰🥰

I'm very pleased with the service and expert advice provided by Rachel. She sold both halves of my duplex for me after helping prepare them for sale. Her expert service made both sales go thought after navigating the preparation and sales process. A good result was achieved.
