Great experience leasing out property
Vivid helped us lease out our property. They managed the entire process for us, and quickly found excellent tenants who were willing to move in straight away. Great service and excellent communication throughout.

Amazingly efficient and reliable service
Absolutely amazed at how efficient Vivid Property and Karlee Tuckerman are at getting my property rented out. It was on the market for almost two months until Karlee took charge of it. Once it was in her hands, it only took a few days for her to get it rented out. Absolutely happy to recommend her!

Picking up pieces
We were let down by our previous property manager with damages and while we flagged these at the time they occurred, we were still explaining our story 6 months later. Frustrating when you have to retell your story over and over. Dealing with Vivid we are hoping to rebuild the pieces and seek the compensation we are owed for our investment. They genuinely listen and we hope this is a new journey of quality service but a genuine care and respect for us and our properties. Thank you for your care so far.

On the Ball and Professional
Vivid Seem to cover every base and do it promptly and professionally. Marketing, liaison, coordination, tenant vetting, and paperwork all seem to be managed within a solid structure which creates a well flowing process. Very happy with the performance of the Vivid Team and find that all facets, even though managed by different workers, all reflect the same ethic. Happy!!

Easy transition
We have recently moved our properties to be managed to Vivid Property the service and communication has been amazing. First rate service!
Previous tenants moved out and Vivid had the property ready for re-leasing within a week. The property was advertised and new tenants accepted within the first week of marketing the property. Not only that, negotiated $100 a week more than the advertised rental amount. The whole process was seamless and worry free!
