efficient rental agency
The process of advertising the rental property and selecting suitable tenants ran very smoothly. The only hiccup was the use of an outdated advertisement that referred to items no longer included in the rental. Overall, I was very satisfied with the experience and with the skills and knowledge of the agency.

Moving house doesn't have to be a headache!!
What an amazing team to have supporting you through the trials of moving house. I cannot praise the team at Vivid enough for their commitment, understanding and willingness to go above and beyond to help me into my new property. Georgia was right by my side through every step of what was a highly stressful and emotional time for me her care and understanding can only be praised. Im thankful to be going into another lease with the team at Vivid. I know that there will never be any issues and that the team are only a phone call away!! Thanks again Georgia!!!

Reliable property manager
I've used the same agency for over 10 years now, from when they were still called lj hooker leeming. They manage my parents as well as my investment property very well. Always on top of things. They made sure I'm aware of everything that requires attention. From tenants queries to property majntenance. Highly recommended.

We found Vivid friendly, reliable, very efficient and easy to contact. This began from showing us the apartment to then taking care of rent and any apartment issues Vivid replied to any phone concerns on the day with practical solutions and followed up to ensure problem had been properly taken care of. I highly recommended Vivid to rent from and also as a property manager. Jo property manager exceptional and James property maintenance friendly and super easy to deal with.\ \ \ We found Vivid friendly, reliable, very efficient and easy to contact. Excellent service
Vivid property management has been excellent in handling our rental property. The staff are always courteous and helpful. Our property manager Yohanna is amazing. She is very professional, accomodating and quick to action queries and tenants concerns. The leasing team we have had Tia, Brea and others are excellent. They have kept us informed every step of the way and secured a good tenant.
