Neetu is an outstanding agent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She is always warm, professional and accommodating, and responds to any queries promptly. She made the entire process so smooth and helped us secure a beautiful home for our family, which we are incredibly grateful for. Her genuine care, professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond really stood out. Neetu is truly an asset to Waratah. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for an exceptional, trustworthy and dedicated agent. You will be in excellent hands with Neetu!

I had a very positive experience with Sukhvinder and the team in renting out my properties. From the beginning, they were professional, responsive and easy to deal with. What I particularly appreciated was the communication and the way they kept me informed throughout the process. They made what can often be a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. I would happily recommend Sukhvinder to anyone looking for a reliable and professional property manager/real estate agent. Excellent service and a great experience overall.

Maybe a few unpleasant coincidences happened all at the same time, but the overall experience wasn't very impressive. A few confusions around utility supplier, key fobs, miss-spelled address, lease content, etc. All good since all resolved eventually.

They are very patient and relate well to people’s circumstances. They are very efficient. They got my apartment rented in 2weeks and also got my apartment rented within a week when it wasn’t vacant yet. They are reliable!

We went to an inspection in one of the properties that I’ve applied for and accepted already before the inspection, but on the day of the inspection wasn’t really what we where looking for, so speaking with the agent he told me that he was going to do an open house in another property on the same day that might better for us. We went to the inspection and really liked the property so I told him and on the next day we had a call from the office saying that our application for that one was approved as well, for reference we’re a couple with no kids and 2 little cats. On the date that we moved in the property was very clean and the condition report was detailed as well, very happy with the agency and staff, will clearly recommend.
