Gurmeet Kamra is a excellent and knowledgeable real estate agent, calming in her approach and manner. Many more I can say about her, she has strong communication skills and a good personality. Although I have known Gurmeet for a short period of time she proved herself to be a conscientious, punctual and diligent person striving to achieve the best outcome.

Why Waratah Estate Agent? I chose Waratah Estate Agent because I know they are professional and friendly run business and I felt they would deal with the renting apartment on a very personal basis. Then I had a quick phone chat with HARVINDER BEDI director of Waratah Estate Agents he guided me through to the right team/person who can look after my new renting apartment. Harvinder is so humbled and kind. Customer Service with Experienced Team: Then I had a call from Sonia Dowdell from Waratah Estate Agent and explained her my requirements for the renting apartment. I even explained the type of tenant I would hope for and they totally understand this on board and promised they'd find the right tenant. Within 2 weeks of the property being on the market for renting, we had many responses, which we accepted. Sonia Dowdell from Waratah Estate Agent in the renting/office team then efficiently took over the progressing of the renting process. Sonia comes up with more then 25+ years of experience of real estate industry. Well to me that tell me a lot. Then we had Gurmeet Kamra on board with onsite tenant visit/inspection. Another very well experienced person. Both Sonia and Gurmeet kept us fully informed and followed our every instruction. I am very impressed by their service and gratitude. This agency ticks all the boxes if you are an Landlord looking for an agent who not only looks after the Landlord, they do things that are ethical and follow the law. They blow me away on their customer service starting with marketing, renting, accounts, office team a detailed inspection report when tenants moved in. The tenants were exactly the type of family I'd hoped for and we are very pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waratah Estate Agent.
