Sukhvinder excelled in the business of property sales. He works very professionally, making sure the vendor and buyer both are fully informed of proceedings. We're most grateful to Sukhvinder for his market knowledge that was instrumental in securing our asking price for the property. His honesty is unquestionable as is his sense of purpose. We have no reservations in recommending Sukhvinder's professional services. Thank you, Sukhvinder. You did a great job selling our house. With best wishes Nick and Nina.

Unlike other agents, Amarjeet’s conduct is not transactional. Even after the selling process, he maintains relationships with his clients. In fact, we are returning clients. Amarjeet is very professional and courteous. Before selling, he diligently listened to our requirements and formulated strategies to meet these needs. We highly recommend Amarjeet.

I got an opportunity to work with Amarjeet on my house hunt. He at first showed us around a few properties that we loved every bit of them but those were out of budget (worthy to note that he didnt know our Max budget) and upon followup he got to know what our budget is (lower than previous property prices) so instead of being mad or treating us like a rubbish (which we have experienced with other real estate agents) he took on a mission to find something which would not only fit the $$ value but also our requirement. Our family had specific requirements which Amar and his colleagues ensured are met. Throughout the process he kept us engaged and shared knowledge on various aspects. Moreover, he also let us visit the property before settlement several times which tells about his committment with his clients and investing time. If any one is looking to sell or purchase property in and around Marsden Park or greater NorthWestern Sydney area please contact Waratah RE and Amarjeet and his team. They are true professionals. And surely not your regular salesy real estate agents.

Sukhvinder aka Sukhi Paji - a thorough professional and knowledgeable person sharing the right level of information/insights that helped us making the decision. Not only, did he understood our requirement and showed properties accordingly but was also considerate of our budget. Buying a property is not an easy decision, requires thorough inspections and LOTS of time investment. Sukhvinder was able to meet our expectations with respect to showing the right kinds of property. Also, guided us with the process throughout the transaction. Moreover, he was able to assist us by sharing insights about the area/surrounding etc which helped in making decision. Needless to say, he is still quite supportive with multiple inspections to ensure we are not missing out of anything. keep up the good work Sukhvinder, I strongly recommend his services.
