Waratah has been managing my multiple properties for around 10 years. I am a full-time executive and don't have time to manage the nuances of my investment properties. The most positive thing about how they operate is that they seldom bother me and manage issues by themselves. They resolve issues, manage all bills, and never missed to deposit the rent on time. Their reporting is good and accurate. I am very satisfied with the team.

The agents were professional in their dealings with me. They were extremely polite and very friendly throughout the whole leasing process. A small problem that I encountered before moving into the premises was speedily and efficiently dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a rental property
