very good customer service

very responsive over the phone, we had a couple of questions about a house that was getting a lot of attention but they always picked up and answered everything we wanted to know. Karen was very lovely to my partner over the phone as well and patient for us to get all the papers we needed to finalise the application. Thanks!!!
