Seamless Process & Timely Turnaround

Karen from WELSH Real Estate made our application process seamless by communicating with us via email, phone call and text message in a prompt and timely manner after our application was submitted. She was specific in the additional information required, suggested ways to have our application processed quicker, well-mannered and spoke in a way that was easy to understand. During requests suggested by the landlord, Karen made us feel comfortable to approach the opportunity to negotiate if we wanted too. The turnaround for approval, security bond receipt and electronic lease completion was done in just a few hours which was amazing. We also appreciate that they utilize the PropertyMe app to communicate effectively and easily with us as tenants.
