We arranged for a private viewing and found pro's and con's with the house. Craig was quite upfront and honest with all the property had to offer, and we made an offer. Craig got back to me that afternoon with the good news. We copped a major setback when the mortgage insurer came back with a high risk rating. Everybody involved was speechless, I was furious. We had to find a large amount of money in three weeks.... Craig has sold dozens of properties in this complex and this was a first. He said upon enquiry that he never speaks to the mortgage insurer. Mabey this will change as the consequences can be game changing. We had another hiccup at the last minute and had the real possibility of not having all the paperwork signed by settlement day. As I had the removal truck and steam cleaning organised, it was imperative that we were able to move in. Craig was instrumental in getting the existing owner to sign a prior possession agreement so that we could. Welsh real estate were there for me whenever I had a question. 👍 We're in now and really happy with the villa. Good job all round. Chris and Chariya Forster. (And dog)

We engaged Chantal to sell our Mother's house in Carlisle. We are very impressed with Chantal's professionalism and how she conducted the sale.
