Robin & his team were so helpful throughout the whole process of selling our property. He was always there to answer questions and provide advice over the years while we were deciding to sell or renovate. With his extensive knowledge of the market he advised us to sell at the time he thought was right...and he was right! He was honest and professional the whole way through the process. And we were extremely happy with the outcome of the sale. If we ever need to buy or sell again I will definitely prefer to use Robin Welsh and his team.

After negative experiences with agents in the past, Chantal made the offer and acceptance portion of our property journey very relaxed and easy. She answered our questions honestly and was very quick to get back to us. Due to her wedding and honeymoon soon after the O+A (congratulations!!), we dealt with a colleague for the rest of the process which was a shame after building good rapport. I would recommend Chantal as her calm demeanour certainly helped to ease my stress levels, which is worth its weight in gold!

When we looked to sell our house we thought about going through the tiresome process of engaging half a dozen agents in the area and felt we wouldnt get the service we wanted from one of the larger estate agents in the area. We had seen the Welsh Realestate cars around the area and though why not give a local guy a go? We picked up the phone and held our breath hoping it was the right thing to do. We were Amazed. Robin had a friendly and genuine voice over the phone and seemed so enthusiastic to be a part of the house selling journey with us. Robin and his team met us and we went through the house and the process what our options were. All through the time Robin and his team gave off a great and friendly vibe and didnt push us to make decisions we weren't comfortable with. We had such an over whelming interest in the house and all through the process Robin made us feel as if we were individuals and gave us the 1 on 1 time if we needed him instead of treating us like a number. It was probably the best decision we ever made selling with Robin and the Welsh Real Estate team.
