Robin Welsh is a good negotiator, you won't be dissapointed.
We met Robin 4 years at a home open before we decided to sell our house. He was so keen to sell our house and followed up few times to see if we were ready to sell. When it time to sell we made the right decision by choosing Robin as our agent. We're so pleased with his effort and hard work and he managed to sell our house at a good price. "painless experience"
Selling The Family Home of 24 years which is totally filled with Family History was a painful and daunting journey. My late husband purchased this property about 10 years ago, from Robin Welsh, he made such! a lasting impact! that when he sold it at 2014 , he'd relied on him to sell it. Professional and lovely

Great Communication
We were happy with the service provided by Robin at Welsh Real Estate. We purchased a block of land, and there were some issues that arose, such as the measurements of the land on the ad were printed incorrectly (we thought we were getting a wider frontage than we actually were) luckily we hadn't gotten into too much detail with any builders regarding houses for the land, and the actual sqm was advertised correctly. Saying this, Robin was always 100% on top of things with his communication to help resolve any issues like this!
