A great agent.
Firstly I would like to say, if it wasn’t for Rob being very pro active and coming to our door in search of property interest my property would not have sold. After two attempts previously by other businesses and a lot of money spent on advertising, etc the No sale No Fees Rob offered was indeed music to my ears. Throughout the sale of my property Rob proceeded to communicate with me the whole way through, keeping me updated on every process. My partner and I really felt that he was working with us and for us. Doing what he could for us and the sale of my property. Rob is an honest person and will go beyond what is expected to get the job done. I will not hesitate recommending Rob in the future.

Excellent Result!
Josh is a very personable agent who we found very easy to work with. He has a friendly and approachable manner and kept us informed every step of the way (often taking calls and visiting out-of-hours when needed). He has an excellent knowledge of the current market, was happy to answer all our queries and accommodate our requests for marketing etc. Nothing was too much trouble. We particularly appreciated Josh’s professionalism, his good nature and his humour. Our house sold after only six days on the market with Josh negotiating a price we were very happy with. An excellent result! We highly recommend Josh and York Realty if you are thinking of selling.

Rob was great to work with, and I enjoyed having an agent on myside during negations. Rob took the time to keep me update with the progress of open homes and giving feedback as we went along. Rob took the time to work with buyers to ensure that fair and reasonable offers were put forward. What a Super Star!!
Brenton is by far the best agent I've used, the sale of our block of land was not the usual out of the box deal but he took on the job and persisted until the right money was achieved. He always was professional and took my calls and got back to me when I had questions. He had great market knowledge and always was positive. Excellent Agent!!
