Both Cath and I got along with Rob straight away. He listened to way we had to say, and offered advise, to help us secure the property. Great agent. As a first time sellers Brenton was open and honest with us and all the questions we had. He had great knowledge of the market and what needed to be done to sell our house. He worked hard to get the sale price we wanted and he acheved it. Highly recommended.

Brendon Faulknau ~ Absolutely Incredable !!
How lucky were we ( Noel & Rita Jones) to have had the opportunity to meet this incredable young man. We chose Brenton for his understanding of the changing markets, understanding of our situation and his commitment to success. I would use Brenton again and in fact asked him to flesh out another possibility. If there is a fault he is too careful with communication as he did not want to overload us knowing our situation. York have interesting marketing plan that is worthwhile exploring upfront.
