Great experience
I found Brenton to be really knowledgeable and explained the process and legal requirements in simple to understand terms. Any follow up calls were handled in a timely manner and he kept me up-to-date with what was happening with the buyers and the sale process.

A great all round experience with Rob McGregor from York Realty. He came thru with the sale well.
Rob was very professional and informative from the beginning of his representation. He was also relaxed and friendly give us a less stressful experience with the whole house selling experience. We would not hesitate to recommend him others who need the help that he provided us and the manner in which he did it.

What I liked about Brenton's approach, other than the obvious of knowledge, skills, professionalism and friendliness, is the fact that when he found that I had recent experience in selling another property, Brenton took that into consideration with we discussed each issue related to this sale. It was a pleasure to work with him and very quickly, within a few days of the property going online, he had it sold. Great work.

Great experience buying our first home

Brenton was straight up about what we needed to do with the sale of our property.
I had been I contact with Brenton for a couple of years from a previous realestate dealing. Brenton always kept intouch with the current market and if his was ever able to assist with our next sale. He has a very professional approach, with a very confident knowledge of the market. Our sale went very quickly with having found a serious buyer.
