Outstanding performance
Brenton was excellent to deal with right from the start. We had another agent give us an appraisal prior to Brenton (we always get 2 opinions) but it was Brenton's enthusiasm and commitment that made us sign on with York Realty. Communication was spot on through the entire campaign. Brenton went over and above our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Josh was more than willing to show myself through a various lot of properties.
Josh's market knowledge was great, he went above by showing me a property on his day off. Allowed me to go through 45 Cortess Street several times before making my decision. Even after settlement when I had a couple of questions, he got the answers for me.

Leigh was so knowledgeable about properties in the area, and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. She was so helpful in the contract stage and even now that we have settled continues to help us out. She went above and beyond what we expected. I highly recommend her!

Josh came across as both Professional and Confident, he showed both of those traits as well as many more during our selling process, he was always able to put our minds at ease and handled the entire process expertly. He even managed to get more for the sale than we had initially hoped for. Cannot reccomend Josh enough. 10/10 would use him again.
