James was fabulous to work with. Listened to my needs, handled everything calmly, even when there were some frustrating hurdles. He didn't just wait for people to roll in straight from realestate.com, he was on the phone before the listing went up, receiving offers prior to the campaign. The property sold on the first open. He called me to let me know he'd got the price I was after, but then called me hours later to let me know he'd negotiated more. He did need to go that extra mile but he did.

Abdul was a pleasure to work with and everything he had relayed to us about the property was very honest. With Abdul we met with the vendors and we had a very amicable discussion around the sale and all met with an outcome that suited all parties. just a pleasant experience all round.

I can write an essay, to be short. Abdul was very honest and hard-working, with a great strategy. He sold my property in 28 days when other agents walked away saying you won't get your price. I'm glad I made the right decision. Thank you Abdul. I will be dealing with you for many years to come.

James was professional and attentive from my first inquiry through to being sold. I’m a very busy person and often difficult to get hold of, but James communicated extremely well and gave good logical reasoning for how we should progress through the sale. I would definitely use James again in the future.

My recent experience with YPA and Mitch Smith , as my sales agent , was high class. I was convinced by his professionalism, transparency and negotiation skills. He was clear with his expectation setting regarding communication, pricing guidance and requirements from a seller. Though the market conditions eventually dictated the pricing , he was quite communicative through the process and managed my expectations to his very best. Eventually I had a hassle free sale. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal with Mitch again. Highly recommended.

This was my first time selling a property. James made me feel comfortable and confident about the selling process and guided me every step of the way. There was never any grey area or uncertainty while working with James. His knowledge of the market, punctuality, and diligence in communication was immaculate. Highly recommend James if you are looking to sell and property for the best price possible.

Mitch and the team at YPA are the type of agents you want selling your home. Extremely professional, do not give you the run around or tell you what you want to hear. They are honest and deliver what they say they will. Our house was sold extremely quickly and off market allowing us to buy our dream home. Overall great experience.

Mitch was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was always excellent at communicating through each process and was willing to listen to and accommodate my requests. He always followed up calls and messages promptly. Mitch made the whole process of selling smooth and stress-free, from the initial inquiries and getting a feel for the market, through to the advertising, and then finally the sale and signing of the contract.
