Mitch is a tremendous sales agent. He's highly communicative, reasonable, knowledgeable, and somehow manages to condense questions and buying steps from what would seem to take days into minutes with his approach. Throughout the entire buying process, we never felt rushed, pressured or concerned, and greatly appreciated Mitch's suggestions and incredibly helpfulness and 'point of contact' when it came to arranging inspections. Mitch was responding to my queries on New Year eve when he was on holiday and was on his way to enjoy with family - that is his level of commitment and it has been that way through the purchase process. Mitch was knowledgeable of the area we were selling in. The price guide given was spot on. Communication with Mitch throughout has been amazing and his been prompt to reply. Mitch was amazing and on top of things with inspection and attending to private inspections and also let inspections making sure our home was his first priority.
