Kirsty and team were amazing during the pre-settlement stage. Every question I asked was answered timely and accurate responses. Kirsty was always available by mobile whenever we had questions, and followed up proactively with the pre-settlement inspection etc. We were very happy with the way YPA and Kirsty operate in general (now we are using their property management team).
