Kirsty was wonderful, professional and competent throughout the process of selling our property. On occasions she went out of her way to help us out with tricky matters and advice. The whole ordeal of selling our property was made less stressful due to her positive attitude and knowledge. She always kept us up to date with buyer feedback and market insights, took care of us like a family and achieved an excellent result for us in the end. I cannot think of anyone who could have managed this campaign better. She is the BEST !!

Kirsty and team were amazing during the pre-settlement stage. Every question I asked was answered timely and accurate responses. Kirsty was always available by mobile whenever we had questions, and followed up proactively with the pre-settlement inspection etc. We were very happy with the way YPA and Kirsty operate in general (now we are using their property management team). Will certainly consider Kirsty and team first when time comes to sell.
