Candice enlightened me on how a real estate professional performs. She stated with a compressive appraisal of the property. It was a shock to me. I had no idea it was worth that much. She agreed to sell the property. After each open display she advised me how many couples inspected the property, the number of contracts taken and repeat inspectors. As I was unable to attend the Auction she was on the telephone to me until it ended. She marketed the property really well and informed the market of our expected price range. We set a reserve. The price she obtained was above the both my reserve and expected price range. At all times she was available for advice. In my time I have sold a few other properties. Candice was a revelation to deal with. I recommend her as a wonderful agent.
