Outstanding Agent
The sale of our property on Manly beachfront was not straightforward. Candice was aware for years that we desired to sell, and stayed in contact for over 5 years in case we were in a position to accept an offer. As soon as we were able to put the property up for auction we had no hesitation in choosing Candice. She did an amazing job arranging styling for the apartment, recommending an excellent local conveyancer and finally, marketing it fabulously, concluding in a very successful auction, and a price we were thrilled with. All this done via long distance as we now reside interstate. Her professionalism, courtesty when contacting us with updates, tact in dealing with some very difficult people associated with the sale along with the result she achieved for us is second to none.
