From my very first phone call with Symone, I knew she was the one I wanted to sell my home. She is approachable, kind, honest, sensitive, reliable and an all round beautiful soul. We honestly just clicked immediately. Symone knows the local area so well and is so on top of the market. She is a true professional and works incredibly hard. I would not hesitate to recommend Symone. She follows up every single open for inspection with a phone call and constantly keeps you in the loop. Symone was so patient when I had some health hiccups along the way which set me back with putting my home on the market. I am very grateful that I found Symone. We listed our property off market and it sold in about 5 weeks. We had numerous showings and most of these were a result of O'Brien's been able to draw upon their list of people looking for a property in our area. At all times Michelle keep us fully informed and up to date with what was happening and was prompt and on time to be present for the showings. I also had dealings with other people from the agency , Lenny , Tamara , Crissie and recently Maddie. All of these people were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Michelle sold our last property at first open day. She sold us our current home and has now found us a buyer for this now after 9 years. No one is more conscientious and caring than Michelle.
