Happy with Michelle's overall service. Replies back quickly and has a friendly team. Only thing would be that our sold price was advertised when we explicitly advised not to. The rectification also took too long. Processes should have been in place to make sure this didnt happen regardless of the Xmas break. Other than this, would highly recommend as we have already done so with our friends.
