Fantastic Sales Assistance!

Communication was extremely good, Michelle kept us up to date with all aspects of the sale / offers & gave us an accurate appraisal of what the property was worth which the higher amount was the actual sale price the property eventually was sold for we are both blown away the the end result. We would use her again & recommend her to friends & family.

Got what we hoped and more!
We listed my mother's property in Frankston North hoping to get a decent price. Michelle gave us some tips in increasing its appeal and it went for $40,000 more than expected! We were stoked to say the least. Michelle certainly knows her stuff.
