Michelle and team got my 3-bedroom Unit to market and sold in 5 days whilst also exceeding my financial expectations. I'd purchased elsewhere on 90-day terms and engaged Michelle to sell my current place with only 3 Inspection Saturdays left before Christmas and wanting 60-day terms. I gave Michelle total control, soft furnishing styling, advertised price range, image selection and I leveraged her other professional connections for conveyancing and bridging finance if required. It was an intense 48 hours prior to getting the property advertised on the Thursday evening. 11 groups at the first Saturday OFI, 2 private viewings the following Monday, 4 offers and sold Monday night. Michelle and team are highly skilled, high energy with great communication. Everyone I engaged with from Michelle's professional network were also time sensitive professionals who delivered in full on time.
