Our experience with Michelle Stephens and Team
Carole and I picked the wrong time to sell our home, which was when Covid hit Melbourne and people were not sure of the future. We went through the interview stage with a couple of agents first. The first, from Harcourts Carrum Down advised us to go with Michelle, as he was not an expert in the area. The Second, decided to tell us how good he was and bagged everyone including Michelle. Totally unprofessional and shown the door. Next walked in Michelle Stephens, a true professional it didn't take Carole and I long to decide Michelle was the one. it took months to sell, but Michelle and her team, especially Jae and Lenny, were always positive and striving for the sale. In November success at last, even through people said it couldn't be done through Covid. if you want the best contact Michelle to sell your house. My experience proves Michelle and her team are second to none.

Knowledgeable and finds out what house will suit your needs
Michelle is very friendly and hardworking for both vendor and purchaser. We have found Michelle helpful in finding a house to suit your needs. Michelle took us to 3 other houses before settling on 1 to ensure all needs were settled. Helpful With any enquirer or question and willing to help you. I call her a bull dog on selling as she knows what you need before you even know.

Was given her name when I rang someone and she came to see us next day very positive. Signed her up
She is a very professional person driven to succeed and motivated. Her staff are fantastic Bree is a delight, such a lovely person as are all at O’Briens. The house only took one week to sell which was good for us as you can move on quickly. Michelle always contacted us after each open house with a full review. Her dedication for a sale continued on till after 10 :30 pm at night .
