Throughout every element of the sales process we felt that Ben had our best interest at heart whilst being honest and pragmatic about our options and the market. Given the current declining market Ben was able to bring interest and people to our property and whilst our expectations were high Ben never encouraged us to take an offer below our expectations but instead provided good details about the market and our options. Our buyer was actually found through the greater O’Brians network via one of Ben’s colleagues as per the O’Briand model who Ben then negotiated with several times to bring them to our reserve. While less aggressive and more personable than my perception of real estate agents I couldn’t recommend Ben more.

Amazing is all i can say, Michelle had our property sold before it even hit the market. We signed the paperwork on Thursday and by Saturday it was sold. Her level of communication and negotiating skills is outstanding. I would never sell a property through anyone else and have highly recommended her to anyone selling their property.

She is able to read people extremely well, which undoubtedly helps her during the negotiation stage of a purchase. It was so impressive to be able to contact Michelle so readily; she demonstrates such drive, determination and dedication to her job. I always felt like she was by my side at each step of the sale of our property. During that time, I also felt like I had developed a relationship with her of that of a trusted friend. I was also most appreciative of Michelle’s assistance in the negotiations of our new property which we subsequently purchased. She was available day or night for advice or assistance. Michelle is fantastic. Everything is explained and nothing is left to chance. All of our questions were answered and we knew our home was in safe hands with Michelle and her team. Our house went on the market at 9am and by 7:30pm we had signed contracts in our hands. Our house never made it to an open house. We got the price we wanted as well as the settlement date we needed.
