What can we say….Michelle came to our house and we were in awe of her super vibrant personality and professionalism. At the time we arranged to meet with Michelle to have her value our home we were unsure of it’s true market value. We explained we had already spoken with two other agents who really didn’t leave us with much of an impression at all and also undervalued our house drastically…..they told us high 500’s to low 600’s. When we told Michelle , she said “Your kidding” ….that is so undervaluing your beautiful home….I can tell you now this house is worth at least mid to high 600’s. She also said it wouldn’t take long at all to sell. The proof was in the pudding so to speak….she showed us several coloured brochures of homes she had sold in our estate for record prices. Well we went through all the motions and had our home in tip top condition for the 1st open for inspection and it sold on that day for the fabulous price of $660,000. Michelle we never doubted for a moment that you would do what you said…..I can’t recommend you highly enough and have told everyone we know about how fabulous you are!!!!!

Ben is rated number one agent in Carrum Downs for a reason. He is the best. You will find him a quiet, polite, knowledgeable, positive, helpful and action filled agent who gets not only better results in terms of price but at a much faster rate. I had complete faith in Ben and my home was sold after one veiwing where over 40 groups came through. If I had another home to sell choosing the agent would've easy as I wouldn't consider anyone else but Ben.
