Michelle is a fantastic agent and met all our expectations. Michelle was able to achieve a sale result far beyond what we wanted. If we had to sell again we would definitely use Michelle. We can’t thank her enough for her efforts and the result we got. Thank you Michelle

Michelle was lovely to deal with. She is a great communicator, constantly keeping me updated when any new information came to hand. I would definitely recommend her as an agent.

Michelle was great. She was upfront and didn’t give me the runaround like other agents. She achieved everything that she told me. Highly recommend.

From the time we met Michelle her enthusiasm and track record won us over. At the time we were putting our house on the market Michelle held the record for the highest price achieved for our area. She was excited for the opportunity to sell our house because she believed she could break her own record, which she duly did.

Michell Stephens and team have provided top service and follow through for my sale transaction, unlike other agents who may be focused only on commissions, her team has demonstrated full professionalism and follow through of customer service until settlement. She has also been instrumental in helping us get the deposit early by helping get section 27 signed by purchasers. Her team worked tirelessly and have demonstrated full capabilites to tackle all scenarios and ensuring the transaction goes through smoothly till settlement. Last but not least, she has full contacts of all intersted parties in the areas and was able to secure one of highest sale price for us in Sandarra, Sandhurst with just one day of open and next day of listing.

Michelle is an extremely approachable person who goes above and beyond to satisfy the needs of her clients. I sold a property through Michelle at OBrien Real Estate and the transaction was dealt with in a professional and hassle free manner. I can strongly recommend Michelle and OBrien Real Estate for dedicated service and commitment to achieving results. I found Michelle genuinely enthusiastic, reliable, honest and caring, and I also feel she stepped up for me when I needed guidance. The quick sale of my home for more than what I was asking for it, with little fuss, says a lot for Michelle’s negotiating skills. Thanks Michelle! I'm very grateful, and would highly recommend your services to anyone looking to sell their home.

We first contacted Michelle about 6 months before actually deciding to go on the market after seeing her face all over town from homes she was selling. Once we decided to sell, Michelle gave us some quick pointers on what to fix and change and before we knew it we were having professional photos done days later. A week to the day from signing, we were online and ready to roll. 22 hours later ( you read that right - and not even the open for inspection day listed online) Michelle called to ask if we would except a little over what we were asking for. We said of course! She then kept upping the number until she finally told us she had secured 15% extra on our original asking price (she even made a normally stressful situation fun and memorable ) That very night she came over with paperwork, signed and delivered. She even brought us takeaway to celebrate! If you're selling and you want someone who will work as hard for you as if they were selling their own home, then your only choice should be Michelle.

We decided to allow Ben Quatrini to be our agent as we have had a fairly long association with him. His knowledge of the local market is very up to date. He was constantly updating my husband on the property that was on the market. It was a realistic price we got and we were happy with the outcome, terms of sale & settlement. Ben you are so hardworking and so respectful of all your clients. We want to say thanks.

Very pleased with all the staff at Obriens Real Estate Carrum Downs. Everyone that I had contact with were helpful and friendly. Our house was sold in approximately two weeks and was extremely happy with Michelle's friendly service and excellent negotiating skills.
