Jared was very helpful throughout the whole process and happy to share his knowledge & his experience. He was very professional, punctual and friendly (without being over the top!). He was always happy to work to our dates in relation to signing Contracts, conducting house inspections etc. He kept us informed in relation to the status of other house viewers & potential offers. He also demonstrated his reliability & honesty as he was honest in the fact that no other potential buyers inspecting the property put in an offer. However, he did negotiate to the maximum of my offer limit ensuring a good price for the vendor!

Michelle and her team were amazing they stayed in contact with us the hole way through. We had an offer within the 1st week and Michelle said "I can get you more". The buyer would not budge so we let them go. 5 days later she had another offer better than the 1st and said again "I can get you more" and she did. Her negotiation skills are amazing and she has the people skills you want your agent to have when they are selling your house. If we sell again we will be sure to use Michelle again.
