The team were regularly collaborating with us and we felt in control of what was to happen, and when. After the open house, Michelle contacted us on Saturday night, Sunday, and again till late Monday night. Our home was under contract at a realistic price within one week of being listed. Our experience selling this time was far more enjoyable than previous times. We cannot recommend Michelle and her entire team highly enough.

The process was seamless, everything was explained clearly and handled with care. To give you an idea of just how efficient the team is: photos were taken on Tuesday, we hit the market on Wednesday, received multiple offers by Saturday, and by Saturday night had accepted one. Today, exactly one week since listing, we’ve already gone unconditional at a price far beyond what we imagined. I can’t recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. We would choose them again in a heartbeat.
