We were very impressed with Michelle and her team in the purchase of our property due to their friendly manner and how engaged they were with us as people. We worked very hard to be in the position to even be able to buy a property for many years and they understood and shared their enthusiasm with us. From the first inspection of the house we were treated with respect and they were in constant communication after we had put our offer in. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted and they congratulated us on all of the hard work we had done over the years to become home owners. We had a death in the family so we needed to rearrange the date that we could inspect and then put up the sold sign. Their compassion and understanding was exceptionally reassuring during a difficult time for us. Michelle and her team have always been happy, polite, professional and compassionate in their dealings with us.
