My experience with Michelle exceeded expectation, l did ask Michelle l wanted a quick sale hoping maybe 3 to 4 weeks knowing this can be challenging however the property was sold within 4 days and also achieved a terrific price. Michelle’s guidance with giving what was needed to bring property to an attractive appearance which included painting of house replacement of curtains and also replacing of carpet throughout the house and investing in the gardening was what created a very good a outcome with a price that l was very happy with. Ben is a very professional and friendly person, promptly returned our phone call, promptly getting our queries answered. He went extra miles to fulfil our request eg. We requested for another inspection time on this property after the open house on the same day. He reached out to the owner to secure second inspection and contacted me which lead to us having a second look to this house and decided right away to proceed with the purchase.
