Ben was a delight to deal with. Took calls all times of the day when answering questions about the sale, but was never pushy to only service the sellers needs. Highly recommend his service, especially as a couple buying their first home! Great work to Ben and the team at O'Brien's!

Ben was a fantastic person to have when selling our property. As we were interstate sellers, Ben was happy to ensure we were updated on the progress of our tenants vacating the property prior to sale and kept us updated over the phone every step of the way. Ben’s professionalism and negotiation skills allowed us to secure the sale price we wanted which we were very happy with. Ben had a calm approach to the entire process which made it absolutely seamless. We’d definitely recommend Ben to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Whilst I can appreciate that real estate is a business, I found in my previous dealings with realtors that there was a perpetual lack of sensitivity to the emotional implications and attachment a vendor may have in selling their home. The team at O’Brien Real Estate were incredibly delicate and respectful in their approach. They were always contactable and consistently provided me with updates throughout the entirety of the process, which was very reassuring as I was already finding the situation quite challenging. I am incredibly grateful to have had Michelle, Emma and Tamara’s support and assistance in the sale of my home. The overall exchange was very smooth-running and I unfeignedly commend them for their wonderful efforts :)

It is very clear that Michelle is an expert sales professional for the Sandhurst residential properties. Her knowledge of the area and its special attractions is impressive. What made the purchasing process that much more special and personalised was the care and attention we received not only from Michelle but her whole support team. Emily and Tamara have been a pleasure and brought real joy to the purchase of our perfectly lovely new home. To all at O’Brien Carrum Downs you have been well represented by Michelle, Emily and Tamara. Thank you
