Michelle’s team arranged staging furniture and even took the initiative to request a change from the supplier to better suit the space. Michelle understands what motivates buyers and even though she recommended adjusting down the asking price after the first interest party had to withdraw, the fresh competition generated by the slightly lower asking range resulted in a much better outcome. Would happily use Michelle again!!
