The valuation of our house was spot on, also the modifications that she recommended made the property more appealing to a wide range of buyers. The upshot being that we sold our house within 2 weeks. Each person is trusted to deliver their part of the experience and it’s important to ask Michelle who they are and what they do. Michelle sells the place but isn’t always the person who guides you through the journey. This isn’t a criticism as knowing the others improves the experience.
