Positive Experience

Michelle and her team are rock stars.
The first thing we noticed about Obrien Real Estate Carrum Downs was, they work extremely well as a team. Michelle is the face of the company with a lot of bravado that she backs up with actions. Michelle knows her market and is very strong on how best to approach the sale of your property as she sees each one as unique. Michelle did not over promise, but delivered on what she had promised. I cannot speak highly enough of the "behind the sale" service and support. In particular Emma and Emily are specialists in making you feel your property is special and they have an amazing "can do" attitude. At no point during the process did we feel there was something too difficult for them to handle as they constantly made us feel at ease and part of the team and process. This is the eighth property I have sold in my lifetime and Michelle and her team have given me a different and positive perspective on how to go about it. Amazing team!

Great communication and efficient service.
