Mitch was a welcome change in my buying process and displayed amazing authenticity. Being an interstate buyer, I wasn't able to see the property in person and Mitch has a Facebook walk through available and was 1000% open about engagement and buyer feedback. Having had three previous purchase attempts where agents sold properties for less than the asking price without calling me back or giving me a chance to bid, I was disheartened to say the least. Mitch was readily available, kept me informed and did it with a relaxed and supportive attitude. We had some delays in the cooling off period and he massaged them through with the vendor and got me any supporting documentation he could. I actually did some research on him before engaging to buy to see what to expect and numerous positive reviews assured me he was someone I could trust. As a Real Estate Agent I often get the cold shoulder, even though I'm in another state. I can safely say to any prospective seller, that this is the type of agent you want dealing with your buyers! 5 stars for sure
