Professional friendly and knowledgeable agent
We originally purchased our property thru Tracy. We were extremely happy with All aspects of the process. When we decided to sell there was only 1 choice Tracy Tomars. Tracy is a wonderful communicator which is so valuable in negotiating a sale. Again we have been very happy with Tracy and the team Scarlett, and Rubien. Mitch and his team were incredible! I cannot recommend him highly enough! We initially had a different agent and after 4 months on the market with only a couple of unrealistic offers we decided to go with Mitch and I wish we had hired him first - he sold our property after 1 viewing and for an incredible price! Mitch is a true expert and master of his craft, every aspect of the process was handled so professionally and with ease, I truly can’t fault him or his team - they are wonderful!
