"To be honest, we would have gone with Lea no matter which agency she was with as we knew from first hand experience that both she and her assistant Virginia would do the best that they could for us. There were two aspects of the sale that I would like to comment on and they in turn relate to both before and after the signing of the contracts. On the before side, in relation to assisting the purchaser meet the stringent requirements that the Body Corporate Committee of the building that housed our unit placed on her, we can only say that both Lea and Virginia were magnificent in helping her to comply 100% and in a very timely manner indeed. Then, in relation to the communication between your office and both ourselves and the purchaser, for the period following the signing of the contracts and the settlement, we were very happy with the communication that both Lea and Virginia had with both ourselves and the purchaser in keeping us up to speed as due to circumstances beyond the control of either party, the settlement was delayed more than once due to the failure of a third party in the settlement chain."
