We were introduced to Matt through family friends when we were scouting around for an agent to represent us in selling our house. Matt Bolin did not disappoint us. From the start, both himself and Rowan Lazar were professional and well informed. We had to prepare our house for sale which involved a lot of work as we had had it rented for three years previous. Matt was brilliant in offering sound advice on preparing the house for sale. During the selling period, Matt kept us well informed with each new development. It is a difficult market at this present time, and sadly our house fell below the range that was offered at the beginning of the process. However, we believe that Matt acted on our behalf with integrity and honesty and secured the best offer at the time of sale. Overall, the experience we had with Matt and his team in selling our house has been great and we would not hesitate to recommend Matt Bolin.

We decided to sell our house this year after having rented the house out for three years perviously. Matt Bolin and Rowan Lazar were recommended to us through family friends. Our initial meeting with both of them was very encouraging and professional. Right from the start, they offered great advice and support with the limited time we had to refurbish our house for sale. Rowan was always available to take calls and offer sound guidance every step of the way. We were constantly kept updated with every open house. It is a difficult market to sell in at this present time but we respected and trusted the decisions that Rowan and Matt made on our behalf - despite the price being below the range that was given to us.
