Before contacting David or Ray White - Wahroonga, we were unsure what to expect. Like many, we had serious reservations and had heard tales of some people having terrible times with property agents. So it was with great reservation that we first met with David and Anna. From the outset our concerns were put at ease. David clearly explained the current market trends and detailed our options. Together, we determined a strategy and indeed focused upon an "ideal" selling price for our house.
