This is the first time my husband and I have had dealings with Ray White Real Estate. We found the agent, Rowan Lazar friendly, professional and knowledgable when purchasing a property. He has excellent interpersonal skills and communicated between the vendor and ourselves promptly and also competently answered our queries. Tom has excellent people skills - we always found him to be completely transparent, which was important to us as buyers. Tom values his buyers as much as the vendors and this really shows in the way he presents himself, giving us confidence throughout the process. It was a pleasure to deal with David throughout our recent sales process. David was extremely professional and his communication skills were excellent and as soon as anything happened, he made sure we were fully informed at all times. It was a pleasure dealing with David. David took the time to understand our requirements and when he found a property he knew we would like he ensured that we could go through it as quickly as possible. After we indicated our desire to purchase the property, David told us the exact terms that we needed to meet for the vendor to agree to a deal. We met the terms and true to his word the vendor agreed to the deal with no further requirements. This resulted in us finding our experience in dealing with David as easy, honest and transparent. Presale & Advertising - great advice, advertising spend allocated to media directly benefiting us with no vanity advertising for the agency. Inspections - excellent levels of inspection traffic consisting of serious buyers for this type of property. Good marketing to their database and excellent knowledge of currently interested buyers. Excellent detailed reporting of buyers and their interest levels. Sale Process - good advice to us, more than met our expectations in terms of negotiating with buyers. Overall - Very satisfied. We would definitely use David again.

Matt Bolin and the rest of the team at Ray White Turramurra were absolutely brilliant to deal with, from the up-front discussions (on price, sales strategy, even styling/finishing advice and recommendations for trades) right through to the final negotiations for getting us the best price possible for our house. We were kept fully informed throughout the entire campaign, and their entire team did a fantastic job. We would definitely look to use Matt again and cannot recommend him highly enough.

We interviewed a lot of agents but are so glad we went with Matt! He gave us great advice in what we should do to prepare our house for sale, on timing and practical assistance in getting the house ready, putting us in touch with good fast acting tradespeople. Matt sells a lot of houses, but we didn’t once feel he was too busy or that selling our house wasn’t a priority. Matt is a great communicator and his strategy was spot on. He has a great team around him, contributing to our sense of everything that could have been done was done to get us a great price in a reasonably short timeframe. Plus, he’s just a really nice guy. Can’t recommend Matt and his team highly enough!
