After many interviews with local Real Estate Agents we chose David Walker to sell our home due to his personal & professional attitude.After signing the contract the sale became more urgent than we anticipated,we found the apartment we had been looking for & contracts were exchanged on the 16th March. We contacted Chris Guest David,s assistant at 8pm that Monday night to inform David the sale of the house had to be ASAP.The response was calm & swift,all the marketing requirements for the sale were in place for our first open house on Saturday 21st March & the auction date confirmed for the11th April.David on the day of auction presented us with the reserve price which we agreed.David,s last word before the auction was that we should go north of the reserve price but did not know how far north.Due to David & his team,s utilization of the condition our home was presented we achieved a price above the reserve beyond our expectations.
