Throughout the entire process Thomas was brilliant, giving us clear communication, very accurately setting our expectations and managing to understand exactly how we needed to be interacted with. He was also great in having to deal with a somewhat demanding purchaser and has proven to excel even under severe pressure and has shown excellent grace under fire. He's been great and I'm being very genuine when I say that I really hope I get a chance to work with him again at some point in the future. The overall Ray White experience has been very pleasing and Thomas has shown the professionalism and class we had come to expect.
