Adam and his team are very personable and easy to talk to. Communication was OK but at times patchy, we had our updates by email (who came to opens, prospective buyers etc) for the first couple of weeks then sporadically after that. Communication about opens finishing and calls to update were again a bit hit and miss. Photos and video were great and did show the house to max advantage. Additional help like cleaning and staging was, in the end, useless. What’s the point in bringing a styling company through to quote when there is no chance they can meet the deadline for the photos and first open?!! The cleaning quote was laughable and couldn’t be done until after the first open. Ultimately all real estate agents are going to say almost anything to get the sale and Adam and his team are no different, they’re not going to lie but you’ll get “professional opinions” that beggar belief. For example “if you don’t sell you’re not likely to see any significant increase in value for 5 years”
