Rowan Lazar had been contacting me personally for some time to keep me aware of the local Pymble climate to sell my home. He was always informative, personable and intuitive as how to prepare my home for sale. When I was finally at the time to sell I invited Rowan to visit me to discuss the sale. His value assessment, presentation recommendation and strategy to sell were all to come to fulfilment which supported his unique Pymble only area of handling house sales. The advertising pamphlet was solely his choice to choose the salient points to promote. The rewards of which were reinforced by the outstanding number of visitors to inspect the house and to attend the auction. Rowan's guidance through the whole process, which included almost daily updates, client interest, improvements to house presentation were instrumental in having a trouble free period of open house inspections. This of course negated the often referred to phobia of 'selling your home.'

I rang the office of Ray White Upper North Shore and immediately I was put in touch with Matt. He had no hesitation in arranging to meet me in my home the same day.He quickly assessed my property gave me an estimate of what he thought the selling price would be, and accurately judged the conditions under which we should proceed. He arranged that we meet again the following day when he would bring a member of his staff with him who would play a central role in all proceedings during the campaign. When we met the next day it was clear that all arrangements were in hand to proceed. All aspects as to how we would proceed, those with whom I should make contact were detailed. The essential steps to be followed were clearly outlined. The most impressive thing was the friendly but professional manner in which he proceeded. Equally in the ongoing period the skill of his staff became very obvious. The campaign opened and all materials were assembled like clockwork. At all stages he kept me informed as to activities undertaken and made suggestions as to how we should continue. He demonstrated great skill and knowledge in his field both with me and certainly with potential purchasers of the property. The sale was completed on 8th November with a very satisfactory outcome without the need to hold an auction . Clearly he has great professional skill to make the necessary decisions to bring everything together for success.
