Matt impressed us right from the start, when we asked to speak with him, as we had not decided on an agent at that stage. His knowledge of the area, the clientele, the properties as well as the legal parts of selling a home, were second to none. His honesty, professionalism and integrity stood out to me. With regards to keeping us informed, I felt he left no stone unturned. We received texts, emails and phone calls regularly and never once felt we didn't know what was going on. As well as all of the above, I feel he has everyone's best interests at heart and for the entire time we had Matt as our agent, he was always welcoming and friendly, with offers of help and advice whenever we asked. As a buyer, you can often feel secondary to the seller, as they are paying the commission. I found Matt to be open, professional and genuine in all discussions.
